 What type of attorney do I need?
Am being sued by credit card co. I received the summons today. what type of lawyer do I need to consult? I,m not interested in bankruptcy.  |

You need an attorney that specializes in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Please do not ignore the summons. Before you answer the summons, consult with the bar association for attorney's that practice in the area of credit repair/consumer protection.
