How do I remain discreet when disputing?

Hi I've been reading this forum for about a year. I've learned some things, but still a little confused about certain things. I did the 1-2 Punch CMRRR. The bureaus responded saying my utility bill was too old of a date. My question is this: How do I remain discreet? I have a P.O.Box that I'm using and I put that P.O. Box address on my cable bill. Will this be accepted by the bureaus?

I also sent a debt validation letter to cps financial. They are reporting past the SOL and today is the 30th day with no response. I would like to know should I send them a letter demanding removal or just re-dispute with the big 3? Please help. Thanks!
