So I sent out a letter of goodwill to Gordon Smith, President of Card Services at Chase, on 4-28-2011 in reference to 4 or 5 charged off and settled accounts. Received a phone call today and the nice lady on the other end told me that due to the fact that the accounts were so old and were settled and were of small amounts that they WOULD be able to remove those accounts totally from all 3 CRA's!!! My wife and I are SOOOOO excited!!! Not bad for our first victory at this game of credit repair!

Thanks SOOO much for all the knowledge I have been reading the past few weeks... Now just waiting on the CRA's to mail me a response in reference to some disputes!!! Keepin my fingers crossed!!!
