Do we run the risk of getting a paid judgment account flagged as frivolous as is the case with the collection accounts on the CR with repetitive disputes?and is there difference a between paid and satisfied judgment? recorded and non-recorded judgment on a CR ? They refused my first dispute.I need to request the court verification processes I guess.

I agree with all your other comments. So many institutions seem to take advantage of consumers. It is an unfair system overall.

I opted out..as for old addresses, I'm reluctant to mess with them, as I don't think they're connected to any of my negative accounts..but I have some old accounts reporting as satisfactory that I think they could very possibly be associated with.
