Default Need help in reading credit report with IIBK dates

I'm confused on reading the CRA reports as reporting the right information. I have all my TL listed as IIBK with 0 balances. But on my different reports it listing different dates to when my 7BK was done. On Pacer it was filed on 6/09 and discharged on 10/26/09 received and 10/28/09 reported.

TU has account listed with Date Opened, Dated Closed & Date Paid. One TL is listed as Date Closed 5/09 & Date Paid 6/09, BAC Home loan lists Date CLosed 4/09 & Date Paid 4/09, another TL Date Closed 4/09 & Date Paid 3/09 and one only lists Date Closed as 4/09.

EQ has accounts listed with Date Open, Date Major Delinquency & Date First Delinquency. A couple TL's reports DMD 6/09 DFD 6/09, one DMD 5/09 & DFD 4/09, two TL DFD 6/09 & DFD 4/09

EX has accounts listed Date of Status with all listed as 10/09 and Under Account History "Debt IIBK 7 on Oct 26,2009"

When I was reading threads it states that they should all be listed 0 balances and IIBK and that the date they should be reporting is the date the 7BK was filed. Is this correct and how should I dispute the all the TL that are listed under other dates for the date paid?

Any help on which date is the correct one or a prior thread listing this would be helpful.

The legal wording of FCRA 605(a)(1) states:
"Cases under Title 11 (United States Code) or under the Bankruptcy Act that, from the date of entry of the order for relief or the date of adjudication, as the case may be, antedate the report by more than 10 years."

Delinquencies under the BK still remain for their normal periods set forth in FCRA 605(a)(2)-(6). BK does not discharge credit reporting, other than the debt on the account.

So I'm new to these things which of the reporting dates is the date that they should be reporting on the CR 6/09 (the date the BK was filed) or the 10/09 (the date of discharge)? If they are reporting the wrong dates that would be the only way we could dispute the items so we could get them removed from the CR?
