Default Trying to delete items included in BK

New to forum and have a few questions about removing IIB items after doing a CH 7 BK in 6/2009 discharged and a CH 13 BK in 4/2009 dismissed. I have read somethings and did followed that advice on sending in dispute letters to the 3 CRA's about removing the items that are listed negatively on my CR. They wanted me to have these items listed under the CH 7 BK and I did this for myself and my wife's CR. I sent them dispute letters with my SS no, drivers license and bank statement for address verification. I only did this for myself, my wife I didn't include any address verification. I did receive back results from all 3 CRA's and they deleted a few things on TU only.

I read the thread about "Cleaning up IIB items" and was wondering if I could still follow the steps in that sequence of if I should do something else seeing I already sent disputes into the CRA's asking them to include in my BK. I think I will follow this sequence for my wife seeing nothing has come back on hers.

Also I do have some items listed on the CR that have negative items are reported as "included in bankruptcy" (no mention of 7 or 13), zero balance and pay status of unrated.

Another is listed as included in "CH 7 BK", zero balance and "paid or paying as agreed"

Another is listed as included in "CH 13 BK", zero balance and "payment after charge off/collection"

Do I send dispute letters to the OC stating wrong info or start with not mine first?

Also can I do anything with the CH 13 BK or wait until after removing negative items linked to the BK and then try and remove the 13 BK?

I hope I can still work on these items that I sent in the dispute letters to the CRA's that I did get results back on.

If these are your items, I wouldn't lie. It is illegal and will just get your letter thrown out as frivolous. If you remove all your negative items then you can go after getting the BK removed. I would also send letters to the original creditors to have them confirm that those are your debts.

Discharge of bankruptcy requires the credtior on any account specifically discharge to update the balance of debt owed in your CR to $0.
BK does not discharge prior, accurate reporting made to your credit file.
