Experian will not reinvestigate

I am working on mine and my fiances credit repair. I am the one with the issues on my credit. My fiance only has a 60 day late on a card in 2009 when the bill was not being forwarded to the new address.

Today we both received letters from experian stating that they already investigated everything disputed and they will not investigate again. I already used the 623 method the 2 OC's that are still on my credit report. I sent them out and they were received by the 2 OC's on 3/9 and 3/10. Will I hear something back either way from these creditors?

My fiance disputed online 2 years ago so I assume this is what they are talking about not reinvestigating. I disputed these accounts in early february.

Any ideas of what to do next? The only other issues I have are lateness on student loans a few years ago. I sent letters out to AES but never heard anything. I hope for the best.

Experian is by far the worst of the three to work with. Don't take their crap. They have to investigate any claims by law as long as they aren't frivolous. This is just a stall letter sent to discourage you and should be illegal. I would also try sending out a goodwill letter directly to the creditor to explain why you were late. I got a 30 day late removed that way.
