Latest update is that I have now ditched LexLaw completely and both my wife and I are with SkyBlue. I am getting jipped on the next payment, but oh-well.

Here's the funny thing, when I called to cancel my service, I actually received the best service I ever have from them. But here's the sign. When I told the gentleman I was cancelling he said "why, because of the service?"

My recommendation, which is based on customer service and not results, go with SkyBlue.

I recently ditched them too. It was almost entirely based on service. I decided to finish my repair on my own. In fact I was getting more deletions from my own work then they were in my last month. But in the end I just couldn't stand the lack of service from LexLaw. It became too frustrating and wasn't worth the money to me!

No updates, but I am a little irritated. It is 34 days since LexLaw stated my first letters were sent and I have yet to receive the first response in the mail...Makes me wonder.

I actually received a letter today that they'd sent to a CA on my behalf that was returned to me (they sent it to the wrong PO Box). It's a horribly written letter and they actually signed my name. Now I realize why they weren't getting these items deleted. It's also dated way after it was supposed to be sent.

Hope you're having more luck with Sky Blue.

Very happy so far with Sky Blue. No personal experience with LL.
