On January, 13 I started a dispute with Equifax on line, Here it is March and I have not received anything from Equifax about the disputes I did. I did receive an updated credit report from Equifax 4 days ago and still appears that they didn't investigate the disputes I requested. When I log on to Equifax's website it states the dispute is still pending. I believe Equifx has run out of time to validate all of the requested disputes. Thank you for for your help...

I would never use their online method. I only send letters. Also you need to know that by law they can throw out any disputes that they deem as frivolous. Make sure you aren't challenging a bunch of items at once or they will think you are just wasting their time. I would send them another item with a copy of the original letter included asking them to comply with your rights as a consumer. I would also try working with your creditor directly.
