How to Remove Hard Inquiries?

Hello.

I'm new to the forum, just found ya'll three days ago. I have a question. I read another thread about online disputing hard inquiries with EQ, so, I called them instead.

The lady was very nice, but, she told me that EQ no longer removes hard inquiries. I will have to call each one individually and ask for the company to remove it.

She said..."It's not that we don't want to help with the removal...It's just that we don't do that anymore."

Have any of you all run into this problem before? What did you do, just wait it out until the 2 year time limit expires?
