Default 623 Method of dispute questions

I had a few questions on the 623 dispute method.

1.After the Neg TL's come back verified by the CRA's should I send a MOV letter to the CRA's as well as the 623 letter to the OC?

2.What is the next step if the OC does not respond to my 623 dispute letter after 30 + 5 days?

3.If the OC sends me proof; is the next step PFD or is there something else I can use to try to get the Neg TL deleted?

4.If the OC has no proof, then what? Will the TL automaticly be deleted or do I have to send something to the CRA's to get them to delete it?

Yes.

Stay persistent. Try another method or try another way to dispute it. Be the squeaky wheel.

There is no definite move after that, but I would say that PFD would be a good option.

They should either provide the proof or delete it themselves.

Hey on that note...

We have paid medical collections on our credit reports. Some have been deleted by one CRA and not another.

1. Should you go for another round of disputing with the CRA before moving to the 623 method?

2. Can you use the 623 method on a paid collection?

3. If I paid the debt through a CA, do I send the 623 letter to the Doctor/hospital that performed the service or the CA?

Also, if you have the CRA re-investigate through mail. Can the fact that it has been removed from the other CRA be used as a reason to dispute it?

Thanks for your help!
Rae Ann

We needed a 24 point and 3 point improvement in our middle scores by the beginning of March. Here hoping that these changes were enough!

Deletes so far:
~Me~
TU: One paid judgment, 2 paid collections and 1 cc w/ late pays (pd/closed)
EX: One paid judgment, 1 cc w/ late pays (pd/closed) (bu tthe two paid collections were verified)
EQ: DISPUTE NOT COMPLETED YET

~HUSBAND~
TU: 6 paid collections deleted
EX: 1 paid tax lien deleted
EQ: No changes (the 6 paid collections deleted by TU were verified)

You can if you want. It's up to you.

No, the 623 method is only for OCs.

You need to read more about the 623 dispute method.
