Default I moved, what effect does this have on SOL?

I moved from CO to UT. I have an account that was past the SOL in CO, but is still a few months in UT. I still maintain an address in CO, but the CA has my new address in UT already. Do I send a DV to them claiming SOL from my CO address?

Also, this account says it's scheduled to stay on my report until 2017, but was charged off in 2007. That's 10 years!! That's not right, is it?

It should go by CO's SOL. No, 10 years is definitely not right. Dispute it.
