you can now dispute negative items on your credit reports from all three agencies ONLINE. simply go to each of the three credit reporting agencies and go through the dispute process and then submit it for your negative items typically 'no knowledge of account' or similar is the best option on the left hand side to select. dispute ALL of your negative items at once then wait 30 to 40 days.... wait for results... if nothing deleted at all, then TRY AGAIN and do the whole process over again every 30 to 40 days. Keep doing it until all items deleted. so far I have had two negative items deleted from equifax on my first attempt. |

dude, this is not news...you've been able to do that with all three for a long time. But it's not as effective as doing it in writing by mail.

well i was using bradley ross law for a long time and it seemed month after month i would get no deletions but the first time i did it online i got 2 deletions from experien. i think a lot of people dont know they can dispute online and save time and money instead of using a credit dispute agency |

yeah, I did a lot on my own and had great results through my own efforts. Now I'm using Ovation Credit Services to see if I can get some quicker results. They do online disputing with TU, but letters to the other two.

i just did a re investigation for equifax and they did not delete my negative item capital one account... i am going to resubmit now again... does anyone have any tips on which method below is best odds for success and what should I say in the additional comments box ????? I have been disputing the items as 'not mine' or 'not mine may belong to relative or other person with same name' and then in the comments box "Item is not mind. Please delete immediately." |

I tried to re-dispute with equifax online and it says that I have already disputed and it has been completed. So, I called the phone number to delete but it sent me to an agent. I had no idea what to say, so I hung up. I'm not sure how your are re-disputing. With TU, they gave me a form to reinvestigate through the mail. I have already sent that in. Couldn't find a form for the other collection agencies. Another odd thing about this dispute process is how one credit bureau will remove the accounts and the other will verify. My husband had 6 paid collections removed from the TU account, but the same accounts were verified through equifax. I am glad you are having success, keep us updated on what you do! |

We have always highly recommended NOT disputing online and I know almost every other credit expert agrees. Our belief is that all disputes should be done in writing. Dispute online at your own risk, but please never tell people you learned that at AAACreditGuide.com, because we do NOT teach that or recommend it. If you search the site you can read all of the reasons why it's not recommended.

Yes, it is super important to leave a paper trail. That way you have a hard copy which provides evidence for all your actions as you repair your credit.

YES! I got another item from experien deleted today.. a negative barclays bank delaware cc account so now only have 2 negative credit items and the bankruptcy left with experien I also resubmitted a new transunion investigation after the previous one delivered no results. in order to submit a new one for transunion after the most recent one is complete you must wait about 5 to 10 days before you can do a completely new one. I can't believe i was using creditattorney.com and paying them 60 dollars a month to dispute items for me !!! they were horrible!!! they LIED and told me it is recommended only to dispute 1 to 2 items at a time... they took forever for each cycle and also LIED that credit agencies can take up to 60 days to respond. obviously they were doing all this to keep my monthly payments coming into them... but instead I am now doing this on my own and have only a 30 day turn around cycle, pay no postage or fees and get updated credit reports each time. EVERYONE should be doing this in my honest opinion. |
