I just received my annual credit report. Last year when I looked through it I owed BofA and US Bank (which I do). I was looking through it again for this year and the debts are not there. On all three reports. Are they gone forever? Is this common or what should I do?

They usually come off after 7 years if they are considered bad. They can stay on indefinitely if they are good. The fact that they just magically disappeared without disputing them I would say is very good luck. I wouldn't do anything unless you really want them back.

Same here would not do anything to it as long as it is improving not getting worst.
