 Getting BK removed from report
Last month there was a discussion re: getting a BK removed from your credit report. I asked how one would do this and I think Chane or someone else mentioned writing a letter to the court regarding the BK. Can someone refresh my memory. Thanks

Trish has a great method for getting BK's removed. It's titled "Guide To Disputing/Removing Judgments" but, it also works for BK's and other public records. Guide To Disputing/Removing Judgments
