Default Student loans

I have approx 50,000.00 in student loans that were very close to being in default from sallie mae. I had them consolidated through another company and they are now current. On the copy of my credit report from freecreditreport they are showing up from sallie mae as closed, potentially negative. Because I got a new loan each semester I was in school, there are about 12 different lines on the credit report. What is the best way to go about having these removed from my report?

Also, I have some collection accounts that I have not paid, yet are being shown as paid, closed. What can I do about these?

Thanks in advance for any help.
