Default Confusing reply from CA-Please help!

Hello all! I have been doing a lot of reading and research and I am at the very beginning of my credit repair journey. I recently sent a validation letter to NCO Medclr about several notations on my report. The reply I recieved today has me a bit flustered. I'm not sure if it's a validation or not. Your input would be greatly appreciated. The response:

Dear ....
We are in receipt of your inquiry regarding the above-referenced accounts. In response to your request for validation, enclosed please find the materials we received from the creditors that correspond to the above referenced accounts. Please forward payment on the above accounts to NCO Financial Systems.

In addition, please be advised that we have contacted the credit bureaus, with which we do business with our request to delete our listing of the above-referenced accounts from your credit profile for the social security number we have listed in our records. Please be advised that NCO Financial Systems cannot effect a change to how any other company may have listed the above accounts on your credit profile.

Very truly yours,
Lisa Signore, Vice President, Legal Compliance Department

This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose. This is a communication from a debt collector.

What else did they send you? Did they really delete the account from your credit report?

That is confusing, in one breath they say please send payment to NCO and in another breath state that they would be deleting the account. Are they saying they will delete after receiving payment? Also, what did they send you. Was it actual statements from the original creditor or something NCO printed stating you owe the balance? Please respond, it makes a difference. Thanks.
