Default Noob on the road to recovery!

Hello all!

After reading your newbie threads all day, I decided it would be a good idea to join this site since it seems very helpful with all the tools and resources it has to offer (and of course the knowledgeable people :D) So I've been reading into repairing my credit since November now and am starting to feel more comfortable with this process but still would like input as I go along. Would make things easier for me since I'm terrible at figuring out what the "what happens next" stage is. I have 4 negative TL's on my credit that I will be focusing on removing but am just going to talk about one at a time until they get resolved one by one. This makes my life a lot easier and keeps more hair on my head.

1) 2 Inquiries from AT&T that were not authorized; already sent them a letter and just received one from them. I talked to them on the phone a couple weeks ago and they have NO RECORD AT ALL of these inquiries ever happening.

2) Medical bill paid on Oct. 14, 2010 to CA via Debit Card; have receipt from CA but still shows up as the OC reporting me as Past Due/Unpaid.

3) Citibank CC $1463 reported as Seriously Past Due; Reported by OC on Exp and TU but reported as 1st CA on EQ. Account is currently with a 2nd CA. Both the amount and Date Open are incorrect; my credit limit was $800 and the debt was accrued in 2004; my CR shows it being opened in 05-2009.

4) Chase CC $1260 reported as Revolving Charged Off/Sold; Reported by OC on all 3 CR's. Account is currently with an attorney's office which is not showing on my CR. Both the amount and Date Open are incorrect; credit limit was $800 and debt was also accrued in 2004-2005; my CR shows it being opened in 02-2006.

So to start with the AT&T inquiries... I sent them a letter basically saying "hey, you inquired on my CR without my permission, take them off." (It was more fancy and technical than that... just saving some time.) They then replied to me with this:

"AT&T has requested that the three national credit reporting agencies, TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian, remove the AT&T credit inquiry from your credit history. It may take up to 90 days for the credit reporting agencies to process the AT&T's request. Although this inquiry should be removed from future credit reports viewed by prospective grantors of credit, the inquiry will remain on any copy of the credit report that you will review for a period of two (2) years from the inquiry date. Credit reporting agencies are required to display all inquires on the credit report sent to consumers. The inquiry as it appears on your copy of your credit history will not affect your credit scores with other credit grantors."

First of all, 90 DAYS!?!? It's been on my credit without authorization since March of 2010 and they still say it's going to take 90 MORE days?? This is the part where I have no idea what to do next. Should I just let this be and wait for them to remove it or is there something else I can do? Any and all help with be appreciated!

To speed this up send a dispute letter to all 3 bureaus letting them know you spoke to AT&T and they agreed to remove the inquiry from your credit report. Attach a copy of the letter from AT&T sent to you.
