American Express using dirty tricks

American Express has recently been adding "new" accounts to my credit reports with the amount owed on the debt increasing each time. They have also reported a "suit or judgment" on two reports that has never happened. The judgment is being reported out of Florida. I live in Arizona. We have never been served or sued for that matter.

I think what they are trying to do is create new accounts with the alledged debt with a new "date of last activity". The SOL is up next month on this account. Then the ball is in my court.

Anyone else seen this happen with Amex?
