Default How Long To Wait to hear back about PFD?
I sent a couple PFD letters early December. I haven't heard anything back. How long does it normally take to hear back on PFD letters?

I am assuming the letters were sent to a collection agency. Is that correct? There is no set time to hear back from a CA on a PFD letter.

Account Resolution Cooperation in Chesterfield, MO. They've never once sent me a statement or anything. Are they required?
The other one is First Collection Services in Mabelvale, Arkansas. Again, no statement, calls, etc.
I also sent a letter to BofA asking for a settlement since they screwed me around and now I'm charged off.
