All of these Student loans are closed Charge Offs from 2006. They were sold to a guarantor, then rehabbed and deleted. The date of last activity is 2007. (They were verified in April 2010) They are scheduled to stay on my report until late 2012. Is it worth sending this letter? I also plan on sending a 623 letter to CitiBank since the cust. rep I talked to verified they have no info on the account. |

Ok, I will send this out today. I am jus worried because the last time I talked to Experian they refused to do any disputes over the phone for these accounts unless I have new info in writing? I was under the assumption they were obligated to re-investigate any dispute. |

Should I just stick with letter, or break it up into 2 letters? Also should I use just 1 dispute reason per account or use 2? |
