Default 180 days late on mortgage

Hi There,

I have one 180 days late for 1st mortgage from Chase and one 240 days late for 2nd mortgage from BofA. It has been 4 month I’m current with Chase and it shows "paid as agreed, never late", and I settled my second mortgage with BofA and shows "paid and settled in full". Please tell me how can I get those two items taken off of my credit history and be cleared from credit bureaus.

Thanks

Kevin G

I must be missing something. If it shows "paid as agreed, never late" and "paid and settled in full" then why would you want to get them taken off?

Default Credit Repair

The one it says "paid as agreed, never late" is my 1st mortgage with Chase. I was on modification process and I had 180 days. Now that modification is done and I start making my payments, on the credit report for the last 4 months it shows "paid as agreed, never late", I will like to get the 180 days late off of my report.

The other one that says "paid and settled in full" it was my second mortgage. I was late for 240 days until I settle it with the BofA. Even though it says "paid and settled in full" but it got 240 days late behind that which I will like to take it off of my credit report.

Thanks

if they are accurate you cannot get them removed. If they are showing paid as agreed , never late, you are lucky
