so i sent out my second batch of dispute letterrs and they came back verified once again. At this point should i send off a third round or should i do something else? another question is the 30 day waiting period. should i be waiting 30 days after i sent my letters or 30 days after the date on the verification letter from the CRA? thank you |

15 days on reverification, and at this point you need to do what is called a method of verification letter. Demand that they give you the specifics about their investigation since you dont believe it was even initiated. try also changing the dispute reasons if there ethical reasonable reasons that you did not include on the first two. All the CRA's do is input a three digit code, so keep the letters easy to read, short, and to point. I would also cc the attorney general, ftc, bbb if not on this attempt for sure on the next one. You may just threaten them in this round.
