Default Consumer Disputes After Resolution

Disputed an item on my credit report with Experian. Now in my Equifax credit report I have "Consumer disputes after resolution" in the comments section of one of the debts I disputed.

What does this comment mean? A resolution indicates that an agreement was made; which it never was.

Thanks
