Where do I start? Lates? Collections?

I have many lates on my CR (my husband, too). I've made Goodwill letters for all the companies with lates. Most are recent, but there's always hope, right
We also have 2 accounts in collections. One I had no clue about, a dr bill from 5 years ago. It's for $120. I sent out a pay for delete, $40. There is another dr. bill, that was for different visits, but it's on our report over 20 times, in small amounts, but it all equals to a little over $1800. I did another pay for delete for ALL acounts.
Is there anything else I can/should do?? I'm so overwhelmed reading all this info!! But I am very grateful for all of you who share!
