So, I remember reading here about someone who found a student loan company was moving and timed his letter to coincicde with their move enabling him to get the student loan debt removed...so... It's mid November. Mail gets crazy busy about now, and...in 2 weeks, there are a ton of skeleton crews, office parties etc. People celebrating everything from Christmas to Hanukkah to New Year's to everything else. Lots of stress.... Could 3-4 weeks from now be the IDEAL time to dispute? |

I've heard that around the holidays is the best time to dispute, but I don't know if there is any truth to it.
