I have read in various posts that the CRA's have 15 more days in responding to disputes. I looked through the fine print in the web site and on the disclosures in reports issued through annual and cannot find anything to that effect. Can someone please clarify if this is truth or myth? If true, a link or something that says so much. Reason being, I just started working in a company that does credit repair. As a rule of thumb they pull annuals on everyone and are fairly successful obtaining results. I can only imagine those numbers to climb if switching to CRA direct reports as opposed to the annuals. Thanks in advance! |

I can't find it in the FCRA, but here's what Experian says: Quote:

Awesome! Thanks for the reply. They are so slick that it's not in the dispute FAQ's . Rather What happens if I find an error.
