Quick question, I saw on my credit report, that a company I have an open loan with, that is in good standing, did inquires on my credit 3 months in a row last year. The time they did them I was having some financial difficulty, (son born 9 weeks early, in a hospital 2 hours away, just lost my job) so I was late on my payments for a few months. (payments due 15th couldn't make until 1st or closer to due date for next month) not like I just quit paying. The girl that works there and myself were constantly fighting over phone blah blah blah. Anyways my question is should I send a letter to have them removed or just leave it alone because it was a year ago? Is it hurting my score? FYI when I was behind they didn't report to credit report.

Well are they hard or soft inquires? The inquiries will fall off after two years, and from my understanding inquires only have a moderate impact on your score. If you feel its affecting your score too much then I would just dispute them, its worth a shot and you have a 50/50 shot at getting them removed.

If the company made him without her permission, they are soft inquiries. They are not hurting your credit scores.
