 equifax problems
i dont know about everyone else on here but here i live (kentucky) when i dispute equifax credit report i have to go through a company called CSC credit. i filed my dispute on the sept 29 and they told me it was done and mailed out on the Oct 26. as of today i have not received anything in the mail from them. when i called them today i told them that i aint got nothin from them and they said it could take an extra 10 business days to reach me. does this fall in the 30+5 days law? can i send them a letter saying i want everything deleted because of this?

Did you send your dispute certified so you can track when they received your correspondence? It should be done this way so that you can track how long it has been since they received the mail. This way you have documentation. I also have never heard of disputing with Equifax and having to go through CSC. Keep me posted.
