Pay for Delete.....2 CA's??

I have a SPRINT cell phone collection account, however two CA's are reporting (Enhanced Recovery and Pentagroup) I want to arrange a PFD, however who do I pay? My concern is that I'm going to pay one, an dteh other is going to continue to report it.

Any ideas? Perhaps I woudl be better off contacting Sprint direct? I dont know

You should probably contact them and see who has it. Ask the one who doesn't have it to remove it. Ask the other one for a PFD. You may also want to dispute both of them with the CRA first to see if either get removed.
