ok i disputed 4 account from GLA collections on my TRU and EXP. TRU deleted 2 of them and EXP verified all 4. Now, i sent a DV letter (faxed) to GLA collections and they sent me the results today and they could only verify 2 of the accounts. why is it that neither TRU nor GLA collections but exp did and what kind of letter can i write GLA to get them to delete the two from EXP?

TU = Trans Union EX = Experian (Just so that no one gets confused, we all try to use the same acronyms.) EX pretty much verifies everything. They are truly just filthy bastards. I don't think there are really any sample letters to send to a CA. Just ask them to delete the accounts before they piss you off and decide to sue them. (Don't use those words obviously. )You can decide on how much you want to threaten them. Most people don't at all the first letter or 2, but if they don't get removed, they tend to get a little more threatening with every letter. Just be careful never to cross the line and harass them.
