Hello forum, Does anybody recommend trying to deal with a CA in person at their offices? attempting a pfd

I wouldn't recommend it to the average person. Just be very careful if you decide to. It's almost better to get everything in writing. Do not give them any personal information. Know the FDCPA, the FCRA and your state's collection laws before talking to them in person or on the phone. They are professional slime balls. So, again, be very careful.
