I've heard of others doing it. I don't think it's as bad as disputing online, but I think it's best to write a letter.

the fist time i disputed online i got a ton deleted and now i am trying to fax the rest to the OC that "verified" everything that did not get deleted and mailed the ones that i couldnt get fax numbers for. i will update and tell how things go

Faxing is okay, but as Chane said, it is best to write a letter and leave a paper trail.
