disputing names not working

I've been disputing names and old addresses that I want removed and EX keeps telling me that they are connected to accounts being reported on my CR and they cannot delete them. Now, how do I get them off?

It's almost impossible with Experian. They have their own policies and interpretation of the FCRA and other laws. Until they are sued for doing this bullshit, they will continue to do it.

Equifax doesn't do that, that I know of. Unless it's something new. Equifax is the easiest CRA to deal with.

it was experian. i am sorry. when i call the disputes number they tell me that they cannot delete names because they are being reported by CA on my report. so if this is the case than what should i do now? write a letter? if so what should it say. oh yeah, they also say the same things for addresses.

There is really nothing you can do. It's their policy. Unless you want to sue them or complain to the FTC.
