any idea on how many points one's credit score might raise once a negative has been removed. Also does it depend on how large the accoumt was that got deleted?

No. It depends on so many different things. It's very hard to predict and the scoring algorithm is secret, so anyone who tries to guess, is just guessing.

I just had a hard inquiry cause my score to drop 8 points. There are many factors that determine you score. Get it taken off and let us know how much it helped.

They don't they are just data collection/reporting companies. They report and sell the information to lenders. Lenders decide who gets credit.
