what is the original creditor and the name of the CA?
what is the date of first delinquency? 30 days after last payment

i have all three
Kentucky
OMEGA FINANCIAL SERVICES INC is original creditor and CA
opened 6-06 last action 9-06
the amount is $354 i walked in the office last jan (office is in my hometown) and paid them. They even went so far as to sue me and i have a judgment on me report. i have the original contract signed and receipt for what i paid. now in Sept when i disputed the account as paid and should have been deleted it keeps coming back VERIFIED. but the judgment got deleted? WTF ? why would the judgment get deleted and not the account even if they were paid? the account is listed as CHARGE OFF. how do i remove it? i just disputed it again and awaiting results. hopefully it gets removed this time but i doubt it

Actually getting the judgment deleted was a lucky break.
Now I would suggest that you send a 623 investigation request to omega at the address listed on your report.

623= please show me records that explain how you reporting this tradeline because I find it to be inaccurate. send it by CMRRR. Federal law says they must respond in 30 days

what is omega?

hopefully this will get deleted. if they don't respond and at least fix it, then Omega is in violaton. repeated disputes don't help

I would send them a letter certified of course demanding that they remove you immedicately and that they are in violation since they did not validate the debt as per FDCPA § 809, it is a violation of the FCRA § 611. ALso state that you insist that they send you a copy of your report showing this matter has been satisfied and your report is clean.

QUOTE
1.)Defamation
2.)Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud
3.)Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act
For the purposes of 15 USC 1692 et seq., this Notice has the same effect as a dispute to the validity of the alleged debt and a dispute to the validity of your claims. This Notice is an attempt to correct your records, and any information received from you will be collected as evidence should any further action be necessary.
