Credit card charge offs

Thank you for this great site. I'm trying to solve my credit with multiple creditors/CA's. I have 11 charges offs (one year old) other good standing accounts 3CC, students loans and 2 car lease ). The total CC charge off ~ 50K, I have around 25K in cash to pay those accounts. Tried to get pay for deletion and not successful so far. What do you recommend to fix this? accept settlement for less? and then work with Lexington Law to remove it? or dispute them on my own? I have a lady from discover (OC) telling me that it is illegal to do PFD and she will send my account to her attorney to take action. She also mentioned that I have 2 judgments against me on my CR which is not true I'm looking at my report and there is no Judgments. Is it legal for them to look at my report? is she able to see something I do not see on my CR? So confused. Please help

If you want to learn how to repair your own credit, there is plenty of information here to do it. It just takes time. Don't jump into it without completely understanding what you are doing. There can be unintended consequences and irreversible damage if you don't do it correctly.

Pay for delete is not illegal. The person who told you that is misinformed or lying. That happens often.

Have you tried disputing them first? That's almost always the first thing I tell people to do, then work with what is left. You may even want to dispute them a few times. If you owe them money, yes it's legal for them to look at your report.
