Game Plan is on a distinguished road
Default Credit Cards

Hello All, I am attempted to repair my credit and am hoping to get some good advise here. I am going to be separating my question into four different threads because it will make getting replies easier. My credit score range from 531 to 590 so I have a lot of work to do.

Thread Three:
I also have about 6 charged-off credit cards that have been turned over the collection agencies. My credit reports show entries from both the original creditors and the collection accounts. Four of the accounts are still inside the 4 year SOL here in Texas. Luckily, I only owe a small amount of money to each of these accounts. The largest is about $350 and the rest are $100 - $200 each. I have collectors calling my place of work constantly. I have not yet sent out any Cease and Desist letters because I wanted to weight all of my options to determine the best course of action. I have the money to pay but don’t want to reset the seven year clock by doing so. What seems to be the most successful way on getting these negative entries removed? I don’t mind forking over some cash to get it done.
