Default paid credit report vs free

fast question how can the CRA'S tell if i am using a free credit report vs one i paid for. i know if i paid for one they have to report back to me in 30 days and if its a free one they have 45 days.

my question is i am supose to send them a copy of my credit report with my dispute letter? so they can see i paid for it.

They know because they are the ones sending you the report. No, you don't need to send them a copy of your credit report. They already have it.

I disputed some items in my free annual report. Why do they give the companies an extra 15 days to respond, they have 45 as opposed to 30 if you buy seems like they are in it to make some money off of you. But I guess you get what you paid for. In this case and extra 15 days which to make or break the dispute. Aslo, how do they contact the companies? Do they constantly remind them? I would hope that they do it once and leave it up the the company to respond.

It's all about money. Everything is.

They use E-Oscar system to verify accounts. According to Experian:

E-OSCAR, the credit industry’s state-of-the-art online data correction system, is available to assist you (creditors) in managing the increased workload due to the recent regulatory changes through a Web-based and less manually intensive process.
