Dear Credit Bureau,

I applied for a loan last week and I was told that my credit scores were too low so I requested my credit reports and after reviewing them I have noticed numerous errors! I am sure that this is not normal? Please correct these errors as soon as possible!

For some reason you have addresses for me which I do not recognize:

I have no knowledge of the following public records:

I have no record or knowledge of the following accounts:

If any of these accounts are verified, please furnish me with the name and address of the verifying party, the method of verification, and the reported first delinquency from the original creditor. Thanks for your time!

Sincerely,

The letters look good. You don't need to send them a copy of the RRR. If you don't have a copy of your SS card, send them a current utility bill and a copy of your driver's license with your current address on it.

Just include the other address in this dispute.
