Default Reporting Positive Tradeline

Here's the issue. I have a tradeline that is closed. The utilization on the tradeline is high. Had some lates, disputed it as not mine. Got deleted from one CRA the others verified.

I goodwilled and got the lates removed. So now should I get it put back on the one?

How would this tradeline affect the report being as though the utilization is high?

I don't know if you can get it put back on the one. High utilization doesn't make the account negative, but it does make your utilization ratio high. Can you get higher credit limits on some of your other accounts or pay this one down?

Default Thanks

Can't get higher limits because I have a judgment I am disputing now so I would not even waste my time.

Also, it will take me some time to pay it down. I may wait until then to try to get it put back on.
