Default newbie needing help

Hi everyone,
I just join this website, I found it a few weeks ago and it has been very helpful I have ordered all three of my credit reports and have opted out too. I'm getting ready to send my first set of letters out to the credit reporting agency's and just want to make sure I'm on the right path!!

My husband and I have had to settle about 13 credit card accounts between the two of us, they have all been paid and now I'm trying to get some of the negatives removed! This is the letter I'm sending I wanted to make sure this sounds ok.

I have discovered inaccurate information on my credit report, please provide evidence that the following belongs on my credit report, otherwise please delete.

And then I go onto list 4 negative accounts that are on my report, and a few old address.
is that ok?? Thanks sooooo much I need all the help I can get!!!
