Default Negatives on credit report are almost 6 years old!

OK. I have hit a wall and honestly I have no idea what to do next and I've been researching and researching and I'm still not sure what to do.

Here is my situation - I want to clean up the negatives on my CR. All of my negatives are almost 6 years old! They fall off next year - I live in NYC and unless I am mistaken the SOL is 7 years. But I want to clean up my credit now as I am looking for a new apartment and I'm not sure where my credit check will put me.

Here are the entries I am most confused about:

(1)

BANK OF AMERICA
Account Number: 6XXX
Acct Type: Credit Card - Revolving Terms
Acct Status: Closed
Monthly Payment:
Date Open: 4/1/2004
Balance:
Terms: Revolving
High Balance:
Limit: $1,000.00
Past Due:
Payment Status: Charge-off
Comments: Transferred to another lender or claim purchased

This negative also ties in to this:

Type: Judgment satisfied
Date Filed: 2/2009
Reference #: CV*******
Court: CVL CT NY KINGS BRANCH
Plaintiff: CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES LLC
Liability: $1,675.00

So I paid this right away as they sent a garnishment of wages and I can/could afford to pay to deal with that.

Is there anyway to get the BOA listing off of my CR? Or even the judgment (which I know is harder)???

(2)

Account Name: PORTFOLIO RECVRY&AFFIL
Account Number: 51780XXXXXXXXX
Acct Type: Unknown - Credit Extension, Review, Or Collection
Acct Status: Closed
Monthly Payment:
Date Open: 4/1/2009
Balance: $1,335.00
Terms: 1 Month
High Balance:
Limit:
Past Due: $1,335.00
Payment Status: Seriously past due date / assigned to attorney, collection agency, or credit grantor's internal collection department
Comments: Account in dispute-reported by subscriber

I recently DV'd Cavalry and sent the f/u letter and disputed with the CA's 2x. All of a sudden I received a Notice of Discontinuance from the law firm Cavalry is using and called the courthouse and told me that the Plaintiff is no longer continuing this case in court.

It is also tied to this one:

Account Name: CAP ONE
Account Number: 517XXXXXXX
Acct Type: Credit Card - Revolving Terms
Acct Status: Closed
Monthly Payment:
Date Open: 4/1/2004
Balance: $0.00
Terms: Revolving
High Balance: $746.00
Limit: $300.00
Past Due: $0.00
Payment Status: Charge-off
Comments: Transferred to another lender or claim purchased

Is there anything I can do??!

There is another entry that is very similar, Cap One + Cavalry, but no one ever went to court on that one - actually I am pretty sure I paid that to Cavalry direct - I need to find the paperwork (it was SO long ago).

Don't these need to show as Paid? I am just so unsure of what to do as my next steps.

TIA - I really appreciate it!

don't try to find the paperwork. Make them find the paperwork! They probably don't even have it. The whole industry is a total mess. By law collection agencies have to have certain documentation to prove that you owe a debt. It is called a debt validation letter. I would send one of those out.
