Default Experian past 30 day dispute

I sent out a dispute letter CMRRR to Experian which they signed for Jun 11,2010. I recieved their results on July 22, 2010 in which the report date was July 16, 2010 (35 days after they signed for it). So i sent them a letter stating that they have failed to respond within the 30 day time period which federal law requires and that the accounts should be deleted.

They then sent back a letter stating they have verified the information already and unless i end relevant information to support my claim they will not invetigate the information again and i will recieve a notice again regarding the dispute.

What should be my next course of action??

Thank You

Experian is very hard to deal with. About the only way to deal with them is suing, complaining to the FTC or your state's attorney general. They just don't care until it gets taken that far.
