 Account Not Mine Letter With FDCPA Amunition Anyone ???
Does anyone have a letter to the OC for an acct that is definitley not yours? I want one that references specific sections of the FCRA or FDCPA. Delete it in (X) number of days or I seek damages etc... Thanks, Fly  |

there are a lot of good dispute letters on this site, i would check those out. If not you could probably edit one to make it fit. Those guys get suspicious anyways if they see a letter that looks like all the others. Gives them a reason for throwing out the dispute for being frivolous.
