 removing inquiries
Hi, I recently applied for a car loan and got approved one crappy loan which I took anyway cuz my credit situation is not exactly happy. My question though is that I applied with the dealer on the dealer's application form and he sent my app to 7-8 finance companies, including the one from whom I actually got the loan, without telling me. I have not filled forms with any of the finance companies for a loan application. Is there a way I can have these inquiries removed. TIA.  |

Yes, dispute them. Inquiries usually come off pretty easily. If they were all at the same time though, they will only count as one.
