Do I need to hand write three dispute letters on the same account (one to Experian, one for TU, ...) or can I hand write one and make copies to send to the other CRA? Silly question, but just trying to make sure I do it correctly. Thanks |

I would try to make them look all different. If it is hand written they know that the credit repair dispute letter came from a real person.

I propose an alternative. Dont dispute through the CRAs at all. File one direct dispute addressed to the credtor or debt collector. Under the direct dispute process, you cut the CRA out of the process. One letter requries that the results of their investigation be reported back to each CRA they have provided the information to. |
