 unpaid credit accounts
Hello Folks, I searched around on this site but am not getting a clear, straight answer to this question. For how long can CRAs report the following from the date of first delinquency ? 1) an unpaid credit account 2) a charged off credit account 3) an unpaid tax lien If an account is bought out by another CA at a later date does the reporting period get reset to the date the new CA bought the account ? TIA.  |
