Default When should I expect results from Lexington Law??

I started the $80/mo package with Lexington Law in May. So far nothing has been removed from my credit reports. When should I expect at least 1 negative to be removed from my credit reports?

It depends when in May you signed up, which items you had them dispute, how old those items were and who the creditors were.

I started 5/11, they disputed late pays on cc and collection accounts and the items were from last year.

The more recent an account is the harder it is to get removed, because the creditor usually still has records of it. Also, if the account is unpaid, it makes it harder too.

When dealing with CRAs, nothing is predictable or guaranteed. I've seen people dispute 50 items and get all 50 removed. I've also seen others dispute 50 items and get only a few removed. That's just the way it is.

They never give their clients copies of the dispute letters, if that's what you're asking.

It depends on your financial situation. It's worth it to repair your credit because it can mean possibly saving hundreds of thousand of dollars in interest rates on home and car loans over your lifetime. But, if paying $40 a month to Lexington makes it so that you can't pay the rent or put food on the table, then you should probably discontinue and try doing it yourself.

I understand your frustration. Nothing about credit repair is guaranteed. It's impossible since it's completely based on a third party's decision. If you are getting letters back from the CRAs, then Lexington Law is doing their job. If the CRAs are verifying every account, that is not Lexington's fault. It's very rare for that to happen, but sometimes it does and sometimes it takes more time. Everyone's situation is unique.

If they haven't gotten anything removed and you are really that upset about it, you should request a refund. Here is their refund policy:

Quote:
As a consumer advocacy law firm, Lexington Law is committed to ensuring the rights and fair treatment of our clients. This commitment is exemplified by our own refund policy. We believe that you should not have to pay for services that have not been properly rendered.

Our refund policy is simple: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services to you (as outlined by your selected service level) for any given month, you will not be billed for that month, or will be refunded your fees for that month if your payment has already been processed.
