 Secured Card Question
I know there is an option of ordering a second card for someone else with a secured card, but this doesn't actually report for that other person. Is there a way to add an authorized user to a secured card account with any of the companies who offer them?

Yes. I think almost all of them do. You just have to call the credit card and ask.
